Woodbury would like to announce the development of Sandy Park II in Sandy, Utah through its affiliate Woodbury Strategic Partners.
Sandy Park II will be a class A office building development consisting of 84,460 rentable square feet and a three-story parking structure. The project is currently 50% pre-leased. Construction will commence in December 2012 and will be completed by Q4 2013.
The project is the second building at Sandy Park Center, a 500,000 square foot master planned office park owned and developed by the sponsor. The first building at Sandy Park Center was built in 2008 and is currently 99% occupied.Sandy Park II is attractively located with exceptional visibility along I-15 and is immediately adjacent to restaurants, shopping and hospitality. The project is part of the south valley submarket, which has experienced favorable positive absorption, low vacancies and rising market rents.
