Our Culture

It is our people that make Woodbury Corporation’s hotels special and breathe life into the everyday interactions with our guests. As a family business founded in 1919, we have learned the key to success is maintaining a terrific environment for our “business family.”

Our able hotel management focuses on hiring and training talented, enthusiastic, team-oriented, and gracious associates. We foster camaraderie through working hard as a team, promoting a positive family friendly atmosphere, and celebrating our successes together.

We are committed to promote from within our organization wherever possible. We take great pride in the tenure of our staff. Many of our management and line level associates have worked with us for decades.
