Ragini Agarwal serves as Corporate Counsel for Woodbury Corporation, primarily focusing on the negotiation and review of leasing-related documents, including commercial leases, amendments, subleases, and related transactions for retail, office and mixed-use developments.

Ms. Agarwal is a member of the Utah State Bar and is also admitted to practice before courts in India. She earned her law degree from India and subsequently attended law school at S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. Ms. Agarwal is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
