Kevin Paulsen

Corporate Counsel 

Kevin Paulsen is currently Corporate Counsel for Woodbury Corporation. Mr. Paulsen primarily focuses on litigation, collections, hospitality, and employment matters. He also provides support to the leasing team by negotiating and drafting various lease transactions and the development team by providing counsel and negotiating and drafting various agreements. Mr. Paulsen also drafts and negotiates vendor and SAAS agreements.

Before joining Woodbury Corporation in April 2021, Mr. Paulsen worked for a commercial litigation boutique firm in Salt Lake City where he litigated complex matters involving contract law, insurance law, real estate law, corporate law, employment law, construction law, as well as other areas of the law in state and federal courts.

Mr. Paulsen was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2014. He obtained a B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2011 and a J.D. with high honors from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.
