Brent D. Hathaway
Vice President, Property Management
Brent D. Hathaway has worked for Woodbury Corporation since 2008 and currently serves as vice president of property management. He oversees property management reporting and budgeting and serves as a liaison between property managers and the senior vice president of property management. He also coordinates management responsibilities on projects outside the state of Utah. Mr. Hathaway is a licensed realtor and has earned the CPM designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. He received a BS in Business Management from Westminster College and went on to receive a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Utah.
