Dallas Reid
VP Building Operations
Dallas Reid is the vice president of building operations within the Property Management Department. He began working for Woodbury Corporation in 2006 as a maintenance technician and has worked his way through the Property Management Department. He has directly managed a large portion of the retail and office portfolio and now helps oversee the management of new developments, the maintenance and HVAC departments, and other property managers. Mr. Reid is focused on the importance of property managements role through the development process. Dallas earned his Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, in 2016. Mr. Reid received both his B.A. in Management and Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.
