Senior Vice President, Property Management

Jonathan O. Woodbury serves as senior vice president over property management. In over 20 years with the company, he has gained extensive knowledge in accounting, operations, on-site property management, and complete portfolio management. Mr. Woodbury oversees the operations of over 10 million square feet of retail and office properties, and has directed the company’s property management department since May 2011. Mr. Woodbury also oversees financial reporting, partner distributions, and maintains investor relations. He is a licensed Realtor and earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah.
