Associate – Development Team

Skyler Sinks is an Associate of the Development team, responsible for underwriting, market research, and asset management. Skyler leads a team of analysts in performing asset management reviews on projects in the Woodbury Capital private equity funds.  He is also involved in the underwriting and financial analysis for new and existing acquisitions and/or development projects.

Skyler previously worked as a portfolio analyst for Select Portfolio Servicing, managing client portfolios of mortgage-backed securities via data analytics and reporting to credit rating agencies. Skyler studied Finance and Information Systems at Brigham Young University and earned a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) and a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) from the University of Utah.
