The stretch of Wilmington Avenue between 13th East and Highland Drive was largely unoccupied, representing a vacancy in one of the most rapidly growing neighborhoods in Salt Lake City. Woodbury Corporation has since transformed this desolate parcel into desirable residential and office space.
