No matter what the type of real estate, if it is in a good location it will always be successful.

Many times, different types of real estate need to be re-developed to maximize its value.

Retail succeeds if there is consistent, good traffic. If there are more people located on a property, the traffic will increase. Residential values will increase if the residents feel there are conveniently located amenities. Office use will increase if it is located in an area where there is excellent parking, and access to restaurants and interesting community environments. Other uses like hotels or senior housing are enhanced if they are located within a walkable environment that doesn’t require the use of a car. Entertainment benefits from population. Parking is best optimized if it can be shared with all of the above mentioned uses.
