South Crossing

In an exciting fresh redevelopment of the old K-mart site in the south-west corner of Missoula MT, South Crossing features a wide array of exciting new tenants promising to be a new staple retail outpost of the west. Redevelopment began in 2013 with the demolition of K-mart. In it’s place, Kohl’s, Cabela’s, Boot Barn, and Petco will anchor the site adjacent to Men’s Wearhouse, Noodles, Jimmy John’s, and City Brew Coffee.

The project features a diverse and beautiful landscape which includes native plants and numerous trees throughout the parking lot and structure. Totaling 149,096 square feet, this redevelopment project will greatly enhance the property to the benefit of surrounding residents for years to come.
