Woodbury Corporation Opens Residence Inn in Lincoln, Nebraska
Lincoln, Nebraska (June 24, 2025) – Woodbury Corporation today announced the opening of the Residence Inn by Marriott in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. Located at 850 R Street, the 122-room hotel is situated at the gateway of Downtown Lincoln and the Haymarket district. It is also the closest hotel to the Memorial Stadium, and just one block from the Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Each hotel room is designed for longer stays and will have a kitchen, work area, free Wi-Fi, TV with streaming media, and ample space to relax or entertain. The hotel will have a state-of-the-art and spacious fitness center, guest laundry, market, boardroom, valet parking and an outdoor patio with a firepit and two barbecues.
For food and beverages, the hotel will feature a complimentary hot breakfast buffet each morning. In the evenings, the hotel will feature a bar in the lobby that will offer the Residence Inn brand’s core alcoholic beverage offering as well as non-alcoholic beverages and limited food offering.
