  • Since May, seven stores have or will be opening at the shopping center
  • Construction to resume on new Texas Roadhouse

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (November 4, 2020) – Woodbury Corporation, a full-service real estate management and development company, today announced seven new stores that have recently opened or will be opening soon at Magic Valley Mall. Also, after a delay due to COVID-19, construction has resumed on the new Texas Roadhouse restaurant, on Poleline Road.

“This will be the first Texas Roadhouse in the market, located by the Olive Garden,” said Randy Woodbury, president and CEO of Woodbury Corporation. “We are happy that all of the shops and restaurants at Magic Valley Mall, including Magic Valley Cinema 13, are open and following safety protocols recommended by the local government and Center for Disease Control and Prevention.”

The new stores are either successful businesses that have expanded due to popular demand, or are the first to open in the Twin Falls area.

“We are so honored to provide Twin Falls with a modern arcade that provides something for everyone,” said Sydney Harris, owner of PlayJoy x Ellis Amusement. “As Idaho natives, and operators of our small Idaho company, we have watched the amazing growth in Twin Falls over the years, and knew that there was a real need here for this entertainment option. We are committed to continuing to provide the most cutting-edge, modern, and exciting games and technologies for our customers.”

Below is more information on each store that either has, or will soon be opening its doors:

PlayJoy x Ellis Amusement – An Idaho-native family company since 1981, PlayJoy x Ellis Amusement is a fresh and modern take on the typical ticket arcade, featuring top arcades, air hockey tables, basketballs and pool tables. This new arcade offers the most technologically advanced arcade on the market, which includes a Player Card system, allowing customers to keep their player cards with their tickets and credits never expiring. Prizes in the Prize Hub include Nintendo Switch, Apple products like AirPods and iPads, Drones, Skull Candy products, Pokémon, L.O.L., Funko Pop and more. PlayJoy x Ellis Amusement is located next to GameStop.

Remi Bleu – This boutique style store first opened in Texas, and the owner recently moved back home to Idaho in June and opened this second store. In only a few months Remi Bleu has expanded into two separate stores, each offering unique goods. The first store to open offered women’s clothing from unique, made in the USA and local brands. That store has since moved to a location near Kohl’s, and now offers men’s clothing and home furnishings. Focusing on high-quality farmhouse to mid-century modern styles, Remi Bleu now sells unique accent pieces and home décor.

Remi Bleu Kids – Riding the success of the original Remi Bleu store, Remi Bleu Kids also offers unique, one of a kind locally made apparel for sizes infant to 16. This children’s boutique also offers strollers, car seats, baby décor, gifts, diaper bags and more. Remi Bleu Kids is located by Jensen Jewelers.

Allstate Insurance – Offering insurance on a variety of assets, including auto, home, commercial, life and more, Allstate Insurance has been serving the area for decades. Having recently opened at the southern entrance of the shopping center, Allstate reports an increase in walk-in traffic and better accessibility for customers of all needs. Allstate is located at southern main entry by Hobby Lobby.

Dulcelandia – The largest retail distributor of Mexican candy in the Midwest, servicing the entire nation. The family-owned and operated store offers a variety of over 1,000 Mexican and American confectionary products, and a large selection of pinatas. Opened for over a month. Dulcelandia is located next to Torrid.

El Asadero Mexican Restaurant – under the same management as Dulcelandia, El Asadero Mexican Restaurant offers Mexican cuisine and is located in the food court, across from Bohme.

Sweet Shack – Now open, the Sweet Shack sells coffee, espresso, ice cream and snow cones. Sweet Shack is located next to the Buckle in the food court.
