SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (May, 5 2026) – Holladay Hills, a 58-acre mixed-use development located on the east bench of Salt Lake, is proud to welcome several new tenants to the community including Kiln, Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, Magnolia Bakery, The Sicilian Butcher, Sploot Veterinary Care and more.
This will be the first Magnolia Bakery franchise in the United States, and Sploot Veterinary Care will debut its first Utah location, with both expected to open by the end of May. The Sicilian Butcher will also mark its first location in the state. Bobby’s Burgers and Kiln have recently opened.
“We’ve loved becoming part of the Holladay Hills community and are incredibly excited to be one of the first major tenants to open in the development,” said Kristin Turley, community director at Kiln. “It’s been amazing to see the momentum building here, and we’re proud to support the businesses and teams choosing to grow in this area. Our goal at Kiln is to create a space where companies can do their best work while feeling connected — and Holladay Hills has been the perfect place to bring that vision to life!”

Magnolia Bakery, the New York-based bakery known for its classic American desserts, is set to open its first U.S. franchise location at Holladay Hills in early summer. Founded in 1996 in Manhattan’s West Village, Magnolia Bakery has built a national following for its banana pudding, cupcakes and traditional baked goods. The new location marks a significant milestone as the brand expands its franchise presence within the United States.
“After visiting the site with Magnolia Bakery’s ownership, everybody agreed that Holladay Hills and this community is the right place to open this first franchise store in the country,” said Kirk Schneider, franchise owner, and operator of Magnolia Bakery at Holladay Hills. “We hope to open early summer and have plans for a ribbon cutting, and later this summer a community event to celebrate our opening. We trust and value working with experienced partners such as Woodbury Corporation and are confident in the vision for this project.”
