The showroom is located at 1890 East Rodeo Walk Drive, situated within the revitalized Woodbury Holladay Hills development, formerly home to the Cottonwood Mall. The freestanding building constructed by Shaw Construction spans 11,300 square feet, the showroom seamlessly blends architectural beauty, innovative technology, and cutting-edge design. Clients will be inspired by vignettes that reflect a forward nod to traditional, flanked by modern and refined transitional designs. At the heart of the showroom experience is a Roth Living pioneered digital configurator that allows clients to curate their ideal appliance suite and visualize their customized appliance selections, life size on a 16’x9’ digital wall. The interactive technology transforms the selection process into an engaging and personalized design experience.
Presiding over the grand staircase is a commissioned Kyle Bunting art installation made exclusively of hide. The artistic moment is expansive, 40’ by 12’, and visitors will pause to respect the depiction of world-renowned Utah skiing.
