TJ Maxx opens at The Meadows, Followed by New Residences

 SALT LAKE CITY (March 21, 2021) – Woodbury Corporation, a full-service real estate management and development company, in partnership with WPI Enterprises, today announced the opening of TJ Maxx at The Meadows shopping center in American Fork, Utah. TJ Maxx is one of the largest clothing retailers in the country.  Also, Alvera at The Meadows, new living residences will be available this spring.

The new store is located off Pacific Drive and Meadow Lane, adjacent to Michaels. The 22,000 square foot store compliments current tenants such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ulta Beauty, Burlington, and it’s successful counterpart Home Goods.

Alvera at The Meadows will offer spacious 1–3-bedroom apartments.  Nearly 50 living spaces are anticipated to become available this spring, followed by another 96 units later this summer. Located just off I-15 and Main Street, these pet-friendly apartments mark the first residential options offered at The Meadows. Amenities include a swimming pool and hot tub, large fitness center featuring a children’s play area, and an outdoor playground.
