Woodbury Corporation Acquires Class A Office Portfolio in Missouri
SALT LAKE CITY (March 25, 2021) — Woodbury Corporation, a full-service real estate management and development company, today announced it has transacted with the Briarcliff Development Company’s Class A office portfolio that will be managed under the Woodbury Capital Legacy Fund.
Briarcliff Development Company is based out of Kansas City, Missouri, and first partnered with the company in 2013 when developing The Landing at Briarcliff, a luxury, 340-unit, multi-family project in the Northland.
“We look forward to partnering with Briarcliff on this special community asset, and we are excited to become even more invested in the region,” said Josh Woodbury, director and vice president of acquisitions at Woodbury Corporation. “We are continually impressed with the Kansas City real estate environment.”
The Woodbury Capital Funds develop and acquire real estate assets through the Western and Midwestern United States and are managed by Woodbury Corporation.
“Both Briarcliff and Woodbury are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our tenants and business relationships, and we are proud that portions of Briarcliff properties will be held in the Legacy Fund,” said Julie Andrews, chairman of the board.
The Briarcliff property management team is anticipated to remain the same.
