Woodbury Corporation and Neilsen & Company Brings Charming Charlie to Canyon Park West

Construction on the 4,800 Square Foot Store Has Begun, and is Anticipated to be Completed by September

 

SALT LAKE CITY (June 06, 2017) – Woodbury Corporation, a full-service real estate management and development company, in partnership with Neilsen & Company, a construction and real estate development company, today announced that national fashion jewelry and accessories retailer Charming Charlie will be the next tenant to move into Canyon Park West in Twin Falls, Idaho.

 

Canyon Park West is the most recent addition of the area’s premier retail shopping, which also includes Magic Valley Mall, Canyon Park East, and the Target Shopping Center. It is located along the Snake River Canyon and is a growing and dynamic mixed use center that will contain approximately 200,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space when the build-out is complete. Construction on the new Charming Charlie store, which will be approximately 4,800 square feet, has begun this month and is anticipated to be complete by September. Canyon Park West is currently home to businesses such as DownEast, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ross Dress For Less, Ulta, Petco, Golden Corral, Noodles, Men’s Wearhouse, Select Number, Zions, ICCU, Mattress Firm, Johnny Carino’s and Outback Steakhouse.
