Ninigret Office Park

Ninigret Office Park, which includes two office buildings, was acquired by Woodbury in 2016 through its Woobury Capital II fund as a means securing stable cashflow while many of the other assets in the fund were under-construction. Since its acquisition, Ninigret Office Park has remained almost entirely leased, indicative of the increasing demand for office space in Salt Lake City’s Northwest Quadrant redevelopment area. In addtion to being a sound investment in its own right, Ninigret Office Park will soon be located right off the Mountain View Corridor freeway when its next phase completes construction in 2021.
